Scope: CSF was engaged to undertake the design and construction for a new climate controlled pharmaceutical distribution warehouse in Cairns. In addition to managing the complete design and construction, CSF also completed the structural steel and roofing and cladding contracts in-house via CSF Steel Fabricators and CSF Roofing divisions.

CSF had to undertake site remediation to improve the building pad and enable the use of high level pad footings as opposed to piled foundations. The superstructure consisted of a 13m high by 42m clear span 2,500m² climate controlled warehouse complete with a wet fire sprinkler system.
