Scope: Design and construction of 2570m² climate controlled distribution warehouse and 260m² administration office. Building volume exceeded 30,000m3 and treated as a large isolated building for construction. Warehouse is a climate controlled facility with remote monitored building management system installed. Building is 13m high with 40m clear span rafters designed using the proprietary Industrial Light Beal (ILB) system.
