Scope: Design and construction of 8000m² warehouse and 600m² office for steel distribution centre. Office is constructed with tilt panels walls and suspended steel floor while the warehouse consists of a 12m high portal frame building with 19m and 24m wide spans. Workshop is designed as a steel portal frame with 8 overhead gantry cranes.
