Scope: CSF was engaged to steel detail, fabricate, paint, pre-assemble and load onto a barge, 2 wharf berthing trusses. Each truss was 60m long x 5m wide x 5m high and weighed more than 120t once assembled. The truss was fabricated from 3 of 20m long trusses that were pre-assembled at the barge facility and then fit our with handrails, grating and mooring fenders. Trusses were moved onto the barge using SPMT units supplied and operated by Mammoet Australia.
