Scope: Design and construction of 2,200m² x 24m high boat paint facility. Building volume exceeded 30,000m3 and treated as a large isolated building for construction. The steel portal frame building and 450mm thick concrete slab is supported on piled foundations. The building is also designed to cater for 5t and 10t overhead gantry cranes.
