Address: Industrial Avenue, Bohle, Townsville

Scope: Design and construction of 6000m² warehouse and 265m² office for steel distribution centre. Building volume exceeded 30,000m³ and treated as a large isolated building for construction. Warehouse consists of steel portal frame construction with 24m spans and 10t overhead gantry cranes.
